Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting
- Strong emphasis on outbound sourcing via LI Recruiter
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
- Ability to utilize various social media platforms to source top talent
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Solid candidate experience skills, with the ability to draw in candidates and keep a strong pipeline
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with high volume KPI/Metrics
- Greenhouse ATS experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, source and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including cold calling, job boards, research, internet sourcing, social media, referrals, etc.
- Manage ATS and all internal job postings, implementing best practices and monitoring daily
- Conduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews as appropriate
- Work closely with leadership team and hiring managers to fully understand requirements and needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to keep an ongoing pipeline
- Document all candidate activity during the candidate process
- Identify new ways to source candidates and identify key clinical networks to broaden the applicant pool
