Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern analytics tools (e.g., dbt, Amplitude, Metabase, or similar)
- Experience supporting experimentation and A/B testing initiatives in a product environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of turning data into insights
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and accessible way
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and behavioral analytics
- Solid understanding of statistics and experimentation methodologies
- Strong collaboration skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Responsibilities
- Partner with product teams to define KPIs, track success metrics, and support continuous discovery initiatives
- Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and funnel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and friction points
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments, translating results into actionable product recommendations
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support visibility into product performance and key metrics
- Develop deep-dive analyses to improve product adoption, engagement, retention, and overall user experience
- Ensure consistent metric definitions and trusted data across cross-functional teams
- Leverage SQL, dbt, and analytics platforms to transform, query, and model product data
- Enable self-service analytics by supporting stakeholders in using dashboards and reporting tools effectively
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Promote a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and evidence-based decision-making
