Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, business intelligence, or analytics leadership
  • Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and data visualization tools
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical data systems
  • Ability to build, interpret, and translate data into clear executive-level narratives
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory environments
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across clinical, technical, and business teams
  • Experience leading teams, including performance management, coaching, and development
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Preferred: experience with Salesforce, data warehousing systems, and healthcare analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable business insights
  • Lead the development and enhancement of KPI dashboards, reporting tools, and advanced analytics platforms
  • Oversee clinical payroll, compensation systems, and related data architecture improvements for accuracy and scalability
  • Partner with Finance to support forecasting, budgeting, revenue tracking, and operational performance reviews
  • Identify and address data quality issues, reporting gaps, and operational inefficiencies
  • Monitor and report on key operational KPIs including provider readiness, implementation timelines, and service performance metrics
  • Collaborate with IT, Data Warehouse, and Analytics teams to ensure accurate, standardized, and compliant data across systems
  • Support Clinical Provisioning teams in optimizing scheduling and automation tools within enterprise platforms such as Salesforce
  • Develop scalable operational processes that integrate financial, clinical, and pricing considerations
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, ensuring alignment with business unit goals and performance standards
