Requirements
- Minimum 3 years cardiac CTA experience.
- Associate degree in radiology, technology or related field required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certified in Radiology.
- Expert knowledge of cardiac CT.
- Demonstrated success in building professional relationships.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 80%.
- Ability to take periodic on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Assess the customer lifecycle and ensure the coronary CT program is optimized.
- Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to enhance quality acceptance rates during onboarding.
- Implement necessary changes to optimize continuous use of Heartflow products.
- Conduct virtual and live training for technologists using various delivery methods.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with technologists, radiologists, and cardiologists.
- Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, CT volume, and training in Heartflow systems.
- Participate in clinical discussions regarding Heartflow analysis and product feedback.
- Build and execute plans to proactively optimize customer performance.
