Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in leadership roles.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and working knowledge of AWS.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and secure pipelines.
- Experience designing and managing integrations and APIs.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and reliability engineering.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in engineering workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define, build, and operate the internal platform as a product, with clear users and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and execute a platform roadmap, service catalog, and self-service capabilities including reusable components.
- Architect and manage cloud environments in Azure and AWS, including high availability, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies.
- Implement automated security controls and embed security into CI/CD pipelines and platform services.
- Establish and govern scalable, secure, and reusable integration patterns across systems.
- Implement observability practices and support reliability targets including SLOs/SLAs.
- Leverage AI/ML for operational insights, cost optimization, and engineering productivity.
