Requirements
- 12+ years of total industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading and building software engineering teams.
- Experience managing a team of 8 or more members, including performance management.
- Track record of SaaS ownership and reliability principles.
- Proven experience leading projects to on-time delivery.
- Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodology.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams including Software and Quality Engineers.
- Strong track record in finding, hiring, growing, and retaining high-performing engineers.
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
- Experience working with geographically diverse, remote teams.
- Familiarity with AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) and AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LLM).
Responsibilities
- Manage and guide engineering teams reporting to you.
- Build features, drive architecture, define best practices, and enable product quality.
- Influence engineering practices, product strategy, and execution.
- Partner with product management, UX, and other peers to build and lead a world-class engineering organization.
- Provide technical leadership for SaaS, Asset, and Device Management using AI to accelerate development.
- Hire, onboard, and mentor a diverse team of high-potential engineers.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across multiple geographic locations.
