Requirements
- Valid NATO SECRET security clearance required prior to start.
- Nationality of a NATO member nation required.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- At least 3 years of experience in manual test case design, execution, and defect management.
- At least 2 years of experience testing APIs and data exchange interfaces.
- At least 2 years of experience in interoperability testing and multi-system test environments.
- At least 2 years of professional experience with test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework, Gauge, Cucumber, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- At least 1 year of professional experience with scripting languages (Java, Python, Linux Bash, Ansible).
- At least 1 year of professional experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker).
- Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira, GitLab, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Familiarity with secure testing practices and regulated/accredited environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain JTS/FAST test cases, scripts, and test data.
- Execute manual, automated, functional, regression, and integration testing for software baselines.
- Analyze, document, and track software defects, retesting, and verifying fixes.
- Maintain automated test suites to improve regression coverage and deployment confidence.
- Prepare comprehensive test documentation including test plans, reports, and release readiness inputs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, and technical reviews with NCIA stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement for testing efficiency and reporting transparency.
