Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building with modern Java SE (17+).
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and communicate effectively with teammates.
- Proficiency working in Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with Docker.
- Experience with development tools including GitHub and Maven.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration.
- Nice to have: Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with PL/PGSQL, MyBatis, or Camunda BPMN Engine.
- Nice to have: Exposure to REST API frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimise features and technology for the CSG Quote & Order product.
- Champion clean, efficient code by providing thoughtful PR feedback and upholding high standards.
- Mentor and inspire team members by sharing expertise and helping them develop their skills.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate customer requirements into user-friendly features.
- Maintain system health by resolving bottlenecks, identifying inefficiencies, and taking ownership of system components.
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation.
