Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, MarTech, e-commerce, or consumer tech.
- Proven experience executing demand generation and lead generation campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management.
- Strong copywriting skills for clear, conversion-focused B2B content.
- Basic experience with paid media campaigns such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience supporting or participating in events and webinars.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate product features into marketing messaging.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute B2B demand and lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and outbound sequences.
- Support and optimize paid media campaigns including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Contribute to PR and content initiatives to improve market positioning.
- Coordinate event activities including research, outreach, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with Sales on outbound campaigns and target account outreach.
- Manage content calendar and publish across LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Write conversion-focused B2B copy for emails, ads, and campaign assets.
- Execute outreach and nurture campaigns to generate discovery calls.
- Maintain CRM data and track lead/campaign performance.
- Collaborate with product and leadership to translate insights into marketing materials.
