Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, MarTech, e-commerce, or consumer tech.
  • Proven experience executing demand generation and lead generation campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management.
  • Strong copywriting skills for clear, conversion-focused B2B content.
  • Basic experience with paid media campaigns such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience supporting or participating in events and webinars.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate product features into marketing messaging.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute B2B demand and lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and outbound sequences.
  • Support and optimize paid media campaigns including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Contribute to PR and content initiatives to improve market positioning.
  • Coordinate event activities including research, outreach, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Sales on outbound campaigns and target account outreach.
  • Manage content calendar and publish across LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Write conversion-focused B2B copy for emails, ads, and campaign assets.
  • Execute outreach and nurture campaigns to generate discovery calls.
  • Maintain CRM data and track lead/campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with product and leadership to translate insights into marketing materials.
