Requirements

  • Completed university degree or commercial training with a focus on automotive, trade, business, or logistics.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in international B2B automotive sales, fleet remarketing, or wholesale trading.
  • Proven track record in package or wholesale business with used vehicles.
  • Deep understanding of the European used vehicle market and its price structures.
  • Experience in building and managing international dealer networks.
  • Secure handling of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills, and intercultural competence.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Existing contacts to international dealers, importers, or platforms are a clear advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assume strategic and operational responsibility for the international sale of used vehicles in the wholesale and package business.
  • Build, maintain, and scale international dealer networks with a focus on large buyers, remarketing partners, and trading platforms.
  • Manage and optimize package sales processes including pricing, offer structures, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with international sellers, fleet operators, and OEMs to design sales programs and increase market share.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales and pricing strategies.
  • Build an international sales team and provide professional coaching to new colleagues.
  • Monitor and report KPIs such as sales, margins, and country performance to management and stakeholders.
