Requirements
- Completed university degree or commercial training with a focus on automotive, trade, business, or logistics.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in international B2B automotive sales, fleet remarketing, or wholesale trading.
- Proven track record in package or wholesale business with used vehicles.
- Deep understanding of the European used vehicle market and its price structures.
- Experience in building and managing international dealer networks.
- Secure handling of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and intercultural competence.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Existing contacts to international dealers, importers, or platforms are a clear advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assume strategic and operational responsibility for the international sale of used vehicles in the wholesale and package business.
- Build, maintain, and scale international dealer networks with a focus on large buyers, remarketing partners, and trading platforms.
- Manage and optimize package sales processes including pricing, offer structures, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with international sellers, fleet operators, and OEMs to design sales programs and increase market share.
- Develop and implement data-driven sales and pricing strategies.
- Build an international sales team and provide professional coaching to new colleagues.
- Monitor and report KPIs such as sales, margins, and country performance to management and stakeholders.
