- Fluency in KPIs like activation, engagement, and retention
- Ability to translate complexity into simple, intuitive, and cohesive user experiences
- Practical understanding of how AI tools can accelerate product development
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in making data-informed, hypothesis-driven decisions
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end responsibility for one of our main metrics, driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Lead a dedicated cross-functional squad (data, design, engineering, clinical) to rapidly ideate, build, and iterate on solutions
- Use AI as the foundation, not an add-on to reinvent how members access care
- Drive rapid, data-informed trade-off decisions, balancing speed of iteration with quality and impact
- Champion a holistic, member-first perspective, ensuring cohesive experiences across programs
- Ship fast, experiment constantly, and learn quickly, proving impact every step of the way
- Communicate progress, learnings, and strategic recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners
