Requirements
- Previous professional experience as a software engineer, with hands-on knowledge of modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product management, product leadership, or a comparable role within highly technical environments.
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, cloud environments, platform architecture, and developer tooling.
- Experience building prototypes, evaluating emerging technologies, and working with AI, machine learning, large language models, or AI-assisted development workflows.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and actionable deliverables.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core technical platform, balancing immediate delivery priorities with long-term architectural objectives.
- Actively use and validate platform capabilities through hands-on experimentation, testing APIs, deploying environments, identifying issues, and improving the overall user experience.
- Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and AI-driven solutions to evaluate new opportunities and validate product ideas before development investment.
- Develop and maintain reference applications, technical demonstrations, and infrastructure templates that support product adoption and platform reliability.
- Define product requirements, success metrics, technical scopes, and priorities in collaboration with engineering and technical leadership teams.
- Conduct ongoing research and user discovery with developers, data engineers, DevOps professionals, and other technical stakeholders to inform roadmap decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Champion developer experience by identifying and addressing friction points related to integrations, deployment workflows, platform usability, and documentation.
