Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
- 3+ years of people management experience leading product managers and/or business analysts
- Strong expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
- Proven experience building and executing multi-year product roadmaps
- Hands-on experience in SAFe Agile environments
- Strong understanding of go-to-market systems including lead management and pipeline development
- Experience working closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to define and track KPIs
- Experience with Agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps) and roadmap platforms (Aha!, Productboard)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Salesforce-based platforms
- Translate executive vision and business priorities into structured, measurable product initiatives
- Own and optimize Salesforce platform capabilities, including architecture governance and integrations
- Drive product delivery within a SAFe Agile environment
- Lead the full Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle
- Oversee Adopt-to-Consume capabilities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and IT
- Establish and monitor business performance metrics
- Lead cross-functional workshops and executive communications
- Manage and develop a team of product managers and analysts
