- Experience with containerization and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Clean-code mentality
Responsibilities
- Architecture & development of scalable backend services with Django / Django REST Framework
- Planning and review of technical concepts in client projects and internal startups
- Setup of robust task queues with Celery + Redis / RabbitMQ / Kafka
- Event streaming & integrations via Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Performance tuning, caching strategies, and database optimization
- Hands-on ownership of the entire lifecycle: Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Observability
- Code reviews & mentoring for mid-level and junior developers
- Responsible use of AI-coding tools
