Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with technical writing documentation including requirements, use-case diagrams, specifications, and user guides.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for complex web application platforms.
- Experience designing, developing, managing, and executing test cases.
- Proven experience with test automation using Selenium.
- Ability to write scripts and perform API testing.
- Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work with technical lead, business analyst and developers to document the end-to-end traceability of each business requirement in SharePoint.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation including use-case documents, functional specifications, UI design/wireframe, integration guides, API developer guides, and user tutorials.
- Ensure documentation follows established branding and accessibility guidelines.
- Work within an agile team to ensure the quality of complex MEAN applications.
- Develop, modify, and execute functional test scripts and analyze bugs for systems in development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recognize operational issues, assess risks, and resolve issues proactively.
