Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in OSP Engineering standards and construction practices, including trenching, fiber installation, and aerial/underground construction.
- Experience with civil engineering and site development projects.
- Proven experience in the full project life cycle: estimating, engineering, permitting, and construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
- Familiarity with mapping software.
- Understanding of fiber network management (route planning, capacity, splicing, and testing).
- Strong skills in vendor management and strategic customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external contractors.
Responsibilities
- Define and review comprehensive plans for complex technical projects, including delivery schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute large-scale network infrastructure projects.
- Drive vendor performance to ensure projects are completed on time and meet aggressive timelines.
- Manage end-to-end solution deployment, covering architecture, construction methodologies, material acquisition, and installation.
- Establish project structures and reporting metrics to monitor performance and provide frequent status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal operational teams to ensure smooth hand-overs of completed projects.
