Requirements
- Solid backend development experience, ideally with Go.
- Strong understanding of relational databases such as MySQL, SQLite, and Postgres.
- Experience gathering requirements, brainstorming, and shipping products in a self-driven way.
- Proven ability to write clean, robust, and maintainable software.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative, asynchronous environment.
- Ability to decompose complex challenges into modular solutions with tight learning loops.
- Passion for developer experience, user experience, and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to deliver new functionality and iterate based on results.
- Contribute to and review design documents for upcoming features.
- Embrace open-source culture and contribute to projects beyond team scope.
- Influence the product roadmap and individual career objectives.
- Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of service operations.
- Mentor and support team members while participating in design discussions.
- Share technical knowledge across diverse ideologies and mindsets.
