Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in professional services, technology services, or enterprise software.
- Significant experience in solutions, practice, or product leadership.
- MBA or equivalent degree.
- Proven track record of designing and taking repeatable service offerings to market.
- Experience driving commercial adoption of new offerings across a distributed, multi-region organization.
- P&L fluency with experience managing margin, utilization, and revenue metrics.
- Background in SDLC modernization, IT Service Management, or enterprise AI adoption.
- Strong commercial mindset focused on gross margin improvement and revenue velocity.
- Experience in enterprise change management processes.
- PE-backed or high-growth company experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and drive the execution of the global solutions roadmap.
- Package existing regional projects into repeatable, fixed-scope Solution Blueprints to drive down costs and shorten sales cycles.
- Drive alignment and execution of regional solution roadmaps ensuring products are brought to market on time and on budget.
- Act as a bridge across Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to manage complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Ensure every created offering meets customer expectations and addresses enterprise pain points.
