Requirements
- 3+ years using Agile frameworks for IT projects and products.
- Demonstrable success translating business requirements into technical solutions/designs and roadmaps.
- Experience presenting to and coaching team members and/or clients.
- Excellent facilitation skills for requirements gathering and strategic planning.
- Advanced skills working in Jira, Trello, and other project management tools.
- Comfort with navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving client needs.
- At least one of the following certifications: CSPO or higher, PSPO or higher.
- Active MBI - minimum background investigation for U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
- Must be U.S. citizen.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, story grooming, and retrospectives.
- Train new Product Owners on Agile values, frameworks, and tools.
- Create sprint reviews and demos.
- Facilitate the writing of user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist the Product Owner with story prioritization and backlog management.
- Work towards increasing team velocity and sprint capacity.
- Mentor and coach clients in Agile/Scrum best practices.
