Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development or enterprise IT modernization programs.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Experience working in complex environments such as healthcare IT, federal programs, or large-scale enterprise systems.
Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and support delivery in fast-paced environments.
Certifications such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP are a plus.

Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams supporting large-scale healthcare modernization initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery across complex technical environments.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and release planning.
Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices, driving continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, collaboration, and quality.
Partner with product owners and stakeholders to manage and prioritize backlogs, clarify requirements, and align delivery goals.
Identify and remove impediments, track delivery risks, and support resolution of blockers across cross-functional teams.
Support coordination across development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
Monitor Agile metrics and team performance indicators to drive transparency and continuous process improvement.
Support documentation, reporting, and tooling practices using platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
