Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery roles.
- Strong hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and working within Scrum or Agile frameworks.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with exposure to hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments considered a plus.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are preferred.
- Experience in IT or software development environments is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective team execution.
- Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives in a remote environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers, resolve dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Track progress using tools such as Jira, ensuring transparency in reporting, backlog management, and sprint execution.
- Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
- Support team alignment by translating business requirements into actionable tasks and delivery plans.
