Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of progressive work experience in an Agile and/or iterative environment.
- 6+ years of experience leveraging Java.
- 6+ years of experience with SQL databases.
- 6+ years of experience with JavaScript.
- 6+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and Web services.
- Proven experience with AWS.
- Ability to utilize cameras for all virtual meetings as a camera-first company requirement.
- Knowledge of React is a plus.
- Knowledge of Vue is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain payer customer implementation supporting our Authorizations suite.
- Coach and mentor less-experienced engineers on the team.
- Host and consume RESTful APIs.
- Apply and teach modern software architecture patterns like distributed systems and microservices.
- Leverage CI/CD principles using Git, Jira, and AWS.
- Ensure software quality through unit testing, debugging, and integration testing.
- Lead design sessions and present designs to architecture teams.
- Write and refine database queries and table definitions.
- Participate in pair programming and code reviews.
