Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives customer growth, and aligns with our company's strategic goals.
- Specialize in performance marketing, with a focus on maximizing ROAS across a diverse range of channels.
- Manage brand activations to build a unique brand identity and oversee all promotional and marketing campaigns.
- Design and oversee effective paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on high ROAS channels like Facebook, Instagram, SEO, podcast, and influencer marketing.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated marketing team, including a social media manager.
- Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with external marketing and advertising agencies.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing metrics to gauge success, guide future strategies, and optimize ROAS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies meet their needs.
