Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience in product leadership.
- 5+ years of specific experience in a crypto/blockchain company.
- Deep understanding of crypto protocols, DeFi, wallets, exchanges, tokens, and smart contracts.
- Strong background in user-centered design and agile development methodologies.
- Experience scaling consumer or developer-facing products in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a compelling product vision aligned with the company mission.
- Monitor trends in crypto, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 to guide long-term product planning.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts.
- Prioritize product features based on data, user feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Partner with marketing, community, compliance, and operations to ensure product-market fit.
