Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify potential real estate agent investment candidates
- Conduct meetings to explain investment opportunities and negotiate terms
- Function as a trusted advisor and 'board member' to partner agents
- Hold agents accountable to Fusion's systems and best practices
- Build bonds and maintain professional boundaries with strong-willed clients
- Scale the partner's business through coaching and resource management
