Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering experience.
- Previous experience in people leader and executive-facing roles.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional business initiatives and influence decision-making.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting sales, public sector, or go-to-market organizations (preferred).
- Familiarity with revenue forecasting, funnel analytics, and performance management (preferred).
- Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and Power BI or similar tools (preferred).
- Experience leading or mentoring team members (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary FP&A partner to Public Sector Sales leadership, providing insight into performance, revenue trends, and risks.
- Own revenue forecasting and variance analysis (MRR, usage, one-time), translating pipeline and bookings into an accurate outlook.
- Lead sales and funnel analytics, including coverage, close rates, productivity, and key performance drivers across segments.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market strategy, pricing, and revenue realization.
- Develop executive-ready reporting and narratives to communicate performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead and support team development and key finance deliverables to drive consistency and quality.
