- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar sales development positions.
- Strong negotiation and bargaining skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to create a great first impression.
- Technical knowledge of programming languages is preferred.
- International experience is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively across U.S. time zones.
- Excellent communication skills for email, LinkedIn, and phone interactions.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-value business opportunities with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise technology companies.
- Build and manage a high-quality outbound pipeline across priority verticals including SaaS, FinTech, AI, and HealthTech.
- Prospect and engage VP Engineering, CTOs, Heads of Talent, Founders, and procurement stakeholders.
- Maintain communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and structured sequences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, interactions, and pipeline stages in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to refine go-to-market strategy.
- Identify multi-service opportunities including team extension, project-based delivery, and account expansion.
