Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar sales development positions.
  • Strong negotiation and bargaining skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to create a great first impression.
  • Technical knowledge of programming languages is preferred.
  • International experience is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively across U.S. time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills for email, LinkedIn, and phone interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-value business opportunities with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise technology companies.
  • Build and manage a high-quality outbound pipeline across priority verticals including SaaS, FinTech, AI, and HealthTech.
  • Prospect and engage VP Engineering, CTOs, Heads of Talent, Founders, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Maintain communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and structured sequences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, interactions, and pipeline stages in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to refine go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify multi-service opportunities including team extension, project-based delivery, and account expansion.
