Responsibilities

  • Own the full customer journey from generating interest to converting clients and keeping them long term
  • Drive growth by bringing in leads and revenue through ads, email, outreach, content, and partnerships
  • Plan, launch, and improve marketing campaigns based on data and actual results
  • Track key numbers such as cost per client, conversion rates, and revenue to improve performance
  • Analyze marketing data to identify successes and failures, and take action based on findings
  • Lead and guide the marketing team while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and increase closed deals
  • Manage and optimize CRM using GoHighLevel and utilize tools like Claude AI for automation
  • Continuously test new ideas and scale successful strategies
