Requirements
- 5-8 years of finance experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in US SaaS companies.
- Proven experience building a finance function at a startup (0-1 journey).
- Hands-on accounting skills combined with a strategic mindset.
- Strong financial modelling capabilities for SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV.
- US GAAP expertise.
- SaaS revenue recognition experience.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own all accounting functions including PnL, BS, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, revenue ops, and month-end close.
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis.
- Manage cap table, equity compensation, and investor reporting.
- Support the company's Series A fundraising process.
- Build financial models and forecasts for expansion into new healthcare verticals.
- Hire and build the finance team as the company scales.
