Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Upload documents to member files.
  • Enter data into member files.
  • Generate barcodes to catalog documents.
  • Perform tasks related to sorting information relevant to members.
  • Critically evaluate received data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and omissions.
  • Meet productivity standards according to the learning curve.
  • Navigate various tools and validate transaction feasibility.
  • Assist and carry out special projects as requested by a supervisor.
