Requirements
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with technology.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset.
- Ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities
- Upload documents to member files.
- Enter data into member files.
- Generate barcodes to catalog documents.
- Perform tasks related to sorting information relevant to members.
- Critically evaluate received data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and omissions.
- Meet productivity standards according to the learning curve.
- Navigate various tools and validate transaction feasibility.
- Assist and carry out special projects as requested by a supervisor.
