Requirements
- 3+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
- 3+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting analysis to Leadership (Director+).
- 3+ years experience in SQL (filtering, aggregation, CTEs) or proficiency in R or Python (Pandas, loops, statistical tests).
- 3+ years experience developing dashboards using Looker or other BI/data visualization tools.
- 3+ years experience with Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, nested IFs, connected Sheets).
- 1+ years experience in healthcare, consulting, finance, or the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Own insights generation and follow-up for a major business unit, serving as the first point of contact for leadership.
- Analyze data to support business teams in making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Present findings clearly and compellingly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify requirements to enhance operational and analytical dashboards.
- Create models and tools to identify healthcare inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve improvements and monitor initiative impact.
