Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, staffing, customer service, or sales.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and candidate tracking tools.
- Experience sourcing candidates via job boards like Indeed or LinkedIn.
- Comfort with high-volume outreach across phone, email, text, and social platforms.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Ability to work during US business hours.
- Experience sourcing for industrial, manufacturing, energy, or healthcare roles (preferred).
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
- Submission of a 1-2 minute Loom video introduction.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, text, and social platforms.
- Screen resumes and profiles against specific client requirements.
- Perform preliminary phone interviews to assess skills and interest levels.
- Partner with recruiters and account managers to understand hiring needs.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics like response rates and pipeline effectiveness.
