Requirements
- 3+ years in UX or Product Design.
- Experience working on digital products (web or mobile); portfolio is required.
- Strong skills in user research, business analysis, wireframing, prototyping, UX flows, and UI design.
- Confident using Figma.
- Very comfortable facilitating communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English (B2+).
Responsibilities
- Work with early-stage ideas, raw product concepts, and fuzzy client inputs to create clickable concepts at speed.
- Lead or co-lead workshops, discovery sessions, and ideation sprints.
- Conduct user research and test ideas to validate design decisions.
- Own work end-to-end, from problem framing to collaborating with developers and PMs to ensure buildable designs.
- Contribute to expanding the company knowledge base with proven methods and frameworks.
- Support pre-sales efforts by crafting UX-focused proposals.
