Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., TAM, solutions/sales/support engineering, professional services).
- Hands-on experience reading API payloads and writing JavaScript for data transformation.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
- Proficiency working within a CLI environment.
- Strong business analysis skills to translate ambiguous goals into concrete solution designs.
- Exceptional English communication skills (C1-C2 / business fluent).
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Aptitude for prompt engineering and workflow design.
- Proven ability to manage commitments and thrive in ambiguity.
- Must be based in Colombia and available for core US business hours or significant overlap.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to decompose ambiguous goals into concrete, buildable AI use cases.
- Identify data sources, determine API or MCP availability, and secure necessary access.
- Use Gladly’s CLI to register APIs on the App Platform.
- Write app actions in JavaScript to condense large API payloads.
- Build workflows and guides that instruct Gladly’s AI on information usage and response.
- Monitor performance of launched use cases and optimize for higher assist and resolution rates.
- Provide proactive status updates to customers and internal teams.
- Participate in QBRs and EBRs to demonstrate measurable customer value.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering on pre-sales demos and collaborate with Professional Services for complex custom work.
