Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns.
- Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and elevating creative standards.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.
- Experience building or localizing brands specifically for the UK market.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects without losing focus or structure.
Responsibilities
- Own BJAK’s UK brand identity across all platforms, including tone of voice and visual systems.
- Develop a UK-first brand narrative and translate business objectives into compelling campaigns.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary UK creative team.
- Review and approve creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy and quality standards.
- Build and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability.
- Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams to iterate and optimize creative performance using data.
