Requirements
- 3+ years building and deploying machine learning models in a production setting.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Solid command of the modern ML stack (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
- Sound grounding in statistics and experiment design, including significance, causal inference, and uplift or propensity modelling.
- Hands-on experience with predictive use cases such as churn, LTV, propensity, or recommendation.
- Proven ability to own a model end-to-end, from problem framing through to production and measurement.
- Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working with autonomy in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, validate, and ship predictive models including churn prediction, LTV forecasting, propensity and uplift modelling, and recommendation engines.
- Own end-to-end ML workflows encompassing feature engineering, model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design and analyze experiments such as A/B tests, uplift analysis, and causal inference to measure product impact.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to productionize models and build reliable feature pipelines.
- Translate technical model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders in Product, Growth, and leadership.
