Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field (PhD is a plus).
- 3+ years of professional experience in operations-heavy environments such as logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record in data and time-series analysis, statistical modelling, and forecasting.
- Experience implementing optimization models from scratch.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and GCP.
- Proven experience integrating AI tools like Claude and Cursor into analytics workflows.
- Proficiency in Agentic development.
- Experience in building and deploying end-to-end capacity planning or logistics optimization solutions.
- Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders including C-level executives.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analyses to understand operational patterns, capacity dynamics, and resource utilization.
- Develop POCs for innovative operational strategies and test their impact on key performance metrics.
- Design and maintain forecasting and optimization models using machine learning and operations research techniques.
- Refine and enhance operational processes to ensure alignment with growth targets.
- Partner with cross-functional data, tech, and operations teams to deliver actionable insights.
