Requirements
- 2+ years of professional WordPress experience.
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication.
- Previous experience working with Live Chat or helpdesk software.
- Working knowledge of common web hosting stacks, including cPanel, NGINX, Apache, and MySQL.
- Proficiency with Linux command line, SSH, and WP-CLI.
- Extensive experience troubleshooting WordPress websites.
- Experience with page builders and various caching plugins.
- Strong technical understanding of DNS and experience with Cloudflare.
- Ability to work in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer website issues, taking ownership until resolution.
- Deliver support via live chat, tickets, and Slack channels.
- Follow standard operating procedures and manage escalations for complex technical issues.
- Deeply troubleshoot and resolve common WordPress technical issues for customers.
- Author knowledge base articles and technical blog posts.
- Advocate for customer needs by submitting feature requests based on recurring issues.
- Assist customers with WordPress site migrations to the platform.
- Provide technical guidance on DNS configuration.
