Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional WordPress experience.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication.
  • Previous experience working with Live Chat or helpdesk software.
  • Working knowledge of common web hosting stacks, including cPanel, NGINX, Apache, and MySQL.
  • Proficiency with Linux command line, SSH, and WP-CLI.
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting WordPress websites.
  • Experience with page builders and various caching plugins.
  • Strong technical understanding of DNS and experience with Cloudflare.
  • Ability to work in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer website issues, taking ownership until resolution.
  • Deliver support via live chat, tickets, and Slack channels.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and manage escalations for complex technical issues.
  • Deeply troubleshoot and resolve common WordPress technical issues for customers.
  • Author knowledge base articles and technical blog posts.
  • Advocate for customer needs by submitting feature requests based on recurring issues.
  • Assist customers with WordPress site migrations to the platform.
  • Provide technical guidance on DNS configuration.
