Responsibilities
- Identify automation opportunities by partnering with Operations, Support, and Technology teams to analyze manual work and operational friction.
- Prioritize automation projects based on business impact, risk, and technical feasibility.
- Design and build production-grade workflows using APIs, webhooks, and event-based systems.
- Implement AI or LLMs for specific tasks like classification, routing, summarization, or decision support.
- Integrate automations with existing systems rather than replacing them.
- Ensure automations are observable, testable, and maintainable.
- Monitor performance in production and improve solutions over time while reducing fragile one-off scripts.
