Requirements

  • 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation (e.g., inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service).
  • Comfortable and efficient on the phone with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage many open items at once.
  • Calm and decisive under deadline pressure.
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in staffing, dispatch, gig-platform operations, or high-volume call centers (preferred).
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven role (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools (preferred).
  • Comfortable on Mac OS and Google Workspace (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of open court hearings and work them daily by phone, text, and email to get the right attorney committed before the hearing date.
  • Negotiate fees in real time, handling counteroffers and market fluctuations while protecting business margins.
  • Triage a fast-moving pipeline, prioritize competing hearings, and make sound judgment calls under deadline pressure.
  • Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps with a solutions-first mindset.
  • Onboard and support new attorneys to ensure long-term availability.
  • Update law firm clients on hearing status to build trust.
  • Log activity and confirm assignments to maintain accurate pipeline data.
