Requirements
- Expert-level SQL or Snowflake experience for querying complex relational databases.
- Experience with Python for data cleaning, automation, and statistical analysis.
- Mastery of Looker, Tableau, or similar visualization tools to create executive-level reports.
- High proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and modeling.
- Experience with customer success metrics such as churn, adoption, engagement funnels, and learning outcomes.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to present technical insights to senior leaders.
- Skilled at managing expectations across diverse departments.
- Comfort using AI-assisted tooling (LLM copilots) to accelerate analysis and prototyping.
- Experience in EdTech or cybersecurity is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Federal agency stakeholders to translate compliance and security needs into data-driven success plans.
- Use SQL and Python to extract and shape large datasets, surfacing correlations between training engagement and reduced security incidents.
- Build interactive Looker and Tableau dashboards to make ROI legible at the executive level.
- Run deep-dive analysis on user behavior and simulation logs to identify high-risk cohorts and optimize training curricula.
- Maintain rigorous data hygiene by auditing the flow of training telemetry from platform to reporting layer.
- Participate in Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and collaborate with Product and Data Engineering teams.
