- Basic understanding of recruiting practices.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruiting operations.
- Excellent English language skills for meetings, customer calls, and business communications.

- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Autonomy and positivity in a remote environment.
- Collaborative teamwork skills.
- Adaptability and ability to operate at a startup pace.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information and managing other data dashboards.
- Support Senior Recruiters with various administrative tasks during the recruitment process.
- Manage operational activities for different Recruiting initiatives and projects.
- Devise creative and effective ways to attract top talent.
- Analyze the market to ensure we offer competitive compensation packages.
- Track and analyze recruitment data and propose solutions based on metrics.
