Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management or creative roles.
- Background in design or graphic design.
- Proficiency in common design programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and project communication.
- Ability to provide effective creative direction and task management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Access to a dedicated office space for virtual client meetings.
- Submission of a resume in English.
- Submission of a design portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming project requests via the client dashboard.
- Communicate with clients to define expectations, deadlines, and requirements.
- Create actionable ClickUp tasks with clear instructions for the design team.
- Monitor progress to ensure team adherence to client deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and support to designers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and proof final projects before delivery to clients.
- Ensure team adherence to protocols and maintain organized project files.
