Requirements

  • Russian language proficiency at a basic level (general understanding of speech).
  • Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, and chat platforms.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer support or education is considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for parents and teachers throughout the course lifecycle.
  • Provide support to clients via chat, email, and telephone.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate course changes and teacher swaps, and process account updates.
  • Solve issues promptly and proactively anticipate client needs to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Conduct check-in calls and handle feedback with professional care.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth administrative workflows.
