Requirements
- High level of English and Polish (speaking & writing).
- Russian language proficiency at a basic level (general understanding of speech).
- Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, and chat platforms.
- Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer support or education is considered a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for parents and teachers throughout the course lifecycle.
- Provide support to clients via chat, email, and telephone.
- Manage schedules, coordinate course changes and teacher swaps, and process account updates.
- Solve issues promptly and proactively anticipate client needs to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct check-in calls and handle feedback with professional care.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth administrative workflows.
