- Strong understanding of invoice processing workflows, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to manage financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
- Experience working in compliance-driven environments.
- Ability to work across global teams and communicate with stakeholders in different regions.
- Strong problem-solving skills for financial discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and within strict deadlines.
- Manage reconciliation of financial systems to ensure balance integrity.
- Support compliance with internal control frameworks and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with internal control, finance, and audit teams to maintain documentation accuracy.
- Monitor and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
- Support vendors and stakeholders with payables-related queries across regions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for invoice processing efficiency.
