Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in systems administration or hybrid infrastructure management.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
- Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Zabbix.
- Strong networking knowledge including DNS, HTTP, TCP/UDP, and OSI model fundamentals.
- Experience with scripting in Bash, Python, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with database administration including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of web infrastructure technologies such as Nginx and Varnish.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 operational environment with shift rotations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across platforms such as OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement and maintain IAM policies, network security rules, and cloud governance standards.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages.
- Monitor system health and performance using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix.
- Perform Linux/Unix system administration tasks including patching and troubleshooting.
- Support incident management processes, SLA adherence, and root cause analysis.
- Manage databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL and web servers such as Apache and Nginx.
- Collaborate with global teams in a 24x7 operational environment.
