Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Warehouse or BI operational support.
  • Strong expertise with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica IDMC.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with mainframe technologies like TSO, JCL, COBOL, and ZEKE.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as BitBucket, Jenkins, and Ansible.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational support model including overtime.
  • Strong problem-solving and incident resolution skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced operational support for enterprise data warehouse and analytics platforms.
  • Monitor and ensure the stability of end-to-end data pipelines and batch jobs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues using SQL-based investigation.
  • Enhance ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and business teams for production deployments.
  • Implement incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Document technical procedures and system designs.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to a strong support engineering culture.
