Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles focused on distributed systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes and containerized application environments (Docker, orchestration, scaling).
- Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems principles including scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
- Strong automation mindset with the ability to improve developer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong English proficiency for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS supporting distributed systems.
- Develop and operate platform services with a strong focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based environments for container orchestration and efficient resource utilization.
- Build and improve internal platform tooling focused on automation, observability, monitoring, and logging.
- Define and contribute to platform architecture decisions, aligning infrastructure strategy with engineering and business goals.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and secure software delivery workflows.
- Drive infrastructure-as-code practices using tools such as Terraform or equivalent solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify platform needs and deliver scalable, reusable solutions.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and alignment with industry best practices.
- Contribute to end-to-end ownership of platform systems from design through production delivery and ongoing optimization.
