Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in NOC operations, network engineering, telecom support, or managed services.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki solutions and SD-WAN technologies.
- Solid understanding of network monitoring tools and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent incidents in fast-paced, SLA-driven environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across network connectivity, routing, switching, and service assurance.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shift-based schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Cisco Meraki, CCNA, CCDA, or Juniper certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and support enterprise network operations with a focus on Cisco Meraki and SD-WAN environments.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents to ensure timely resolution within SLA requirements.
- Utilize network monitoring and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow to manage tickets and document activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior NOC engineers.
- Coordinate incident response activities during high-severity outages.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Communicate incident status and resolution progress to stakeholders.
