Requirements
- Solid experience working with SAP EWM in AMS/support environments
- Strong knowledge of RF Framework, Fiori applications, and warehouse devices
- Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP TM modules
- Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, or similar platforms
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work with incident management and service-oriented environments
- Bachelor’s degree completed (mandatory)
- Advanced English communication skills (mandatory, including interview stage)
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Provide AMS support for SAP EWM, ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and warehouse processes
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues related to EWM and logistics flows
- Perform configurations, adjustments, and minor enhancements in SAP EWM aligned with business needs
- Support integrations between SAP EWM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and TM
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of fixes and improvements
- Manage and track tickets and requests using ITSM tools, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to operational governance and ensure adherence to SLA and service quality standards
